Event RSVP and QR Check-In

How Beeprd event RSVP, pass flow, and QR host check-in work for professional events.

Updated 6/3/2026

Event RSVP and QR Check-In

Beeprd supports hosted event workflows that connect event operations with profile-based networking.

Main event flow

1. Create the event.

2. Share the event and invite attendees.

3. Let attendees RSVP or attend through the event flow.

4. Use Beeprd pass/check-in flows where applicable.

5. Use the event as a professional networking touchpoint after the event ends.

QR pass and check-in basics

Beeprd can generate attendee pass flow data and QR-based check-in support for hosts.

Hosts can validate attendee arrival through Beeprd's check-in flow instead of relying on a disconnected list-only process.

What this is good for

  • Founder meetups
  • Speaker events
  • Workshops
  • Community gatherings
  • Professional pop-ups and invite-only sessions

Important note

Beeprd's current event check-in foundation is Beeprd-web-pass/QR based.

Native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass export is not the current baseline unless corresponding wallet credentials are added later.

Troubleshooting tips

  • Make sure the host is signed in before attempting host-side check-in.
  • If a pass link fails, confirm the attendee token and event route are intact.
  • If the event is private, confirm the attendee is using the intended path.
