Use this guide when you know what you want to do but are not sure where to go.
Dashboard
Use Dashboard for your control-center overview, quick actions, profile activity, and high-level signal health.
Profile
Use Profile to edit your public identity, photo, headline, bio, links, profile theme color, Beeprd ID message, featured video, press appearances, and sharing options.
Connections
Use Connections to add RSS/Atom-based signal sources such as YouTube RSS, websites/blogs, podcasts, newsletters, GitHub, and other compatible feed URLs.
Broadcast
Use Broadcast to send intentional direct signals to subscribers. Broadcasts should be high-value and category-specific.
Events
Use Events to create hosted events, upload event photos, manage RSVPs, and use QR check-in flows.
Settings
Use Settings for account details, billing, notification preferences, privacy visibility, connected account status, subscriber controls, support links, and profile appearance settings.
Support
Use Support to search articles first. If the knowledge base does not answer your question, open Contact Support and the AI support assistant will either answer from articles or escalate to a human ticket.
Need additional help?
Open a support ticket for billing, account, or technical blockers. Sensitive account and security issues are always routed to human review.
