Update Limits and Broadcast Cooldowns

Beeprd uses monthly manual-update allowances plus direct-broadcast cooldowns. There is not a separate daily public update cap.

Direct broadcast updates

• Beeprd Free: 2 direct broadcasts per month, with a 120-minute cooldown.
• Beeprd Pro: 50 direct broadcasts per month, with a 20-minute cooldown.
• Beeprd Teams: 300 shared direct broadcasts per month, with a 10-minute cooldown.
• Enterprise: custom contract limits. The default system cooldown is 1 minute unless a contract or policy changes it.

If you see a cooldown message

• Beeprd shows the exact next-send time in the Broadcast page error message.
• If you are on Beeprd Free, the message also recommends upgrading because Pro increases capacity to 50 broadcasts per month and reduces the cooldown to 20 minutes.
• If you need to send another important update before the Free cooldown or monthly quota allows it, upgrade to Beeprd Pro from Pricing.

If you see a rate-limit message

• A rate-limit message is different from your broadcast cooldown. It usually means the send button or API was tapped too many times quickly.
• The Broadcast API allows 10 broadcast requests per minute to protect the system from duplicate sends.
• Wait for the retry time shown in the message, then submit once.

Practical daily maximum

• Free users can send up to 2 broadcasts in a day only if their monthly quota is unused.
• Pro users can send up to 50 broadcasts in a day only if their monthly quota is unused and cooldowns are respected.
• Teams users can send up to 144 broadcasts in a day based on the 10-minute cooldown, but the shared 300/month workspace quota still applies.
• Enterprise daily capacity is contract-based.
